Eames Plastic Side Chair DSW

Eames Plastic Side Chair is a contemporary version of the legendary Fiberglass Chair. Charles and Ray Eames presented the designs of the Plastic Chair Group at the “Low Cost Furniture Design” competition held by the Museum of Modern Art in New York.  In 1950, they were the first industrially manufactured plastic chairs to be brought to the market. With or without padding, the organically moulded shells offer a high level of comfort.
