EDC1 Ltd. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
Orders are accepted, manufactured and invoiced in accordance with the quantities, specification, price and payments terms as contained in EDC1 LTD (hereinafter referred to as EDC London) Order Confirmation. EDC London should be notified immediately of any discrepancies.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders placed cannot be cancelled, nor orders in the process of manufacture altered without written consent from EDC London.

DELIVERY
EDC London will normally only deliver to a purchaser a non-timed ground floor tailgate delivery to dealer warehouse free of charge. All other deliveries including specific delivery instructions, timed deliveries and an unpacking and installation service are all chargeable as an extra.

Whilst EDC London will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the goods as soon as possible, delivery time cannot be guaranteed and EDC London shall not be responsible for any delay in the delivery however caused. EDC London shall be entitled to make partial deliveries or deliveries by instalment.

OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
The title of the merchandise will not pass to the purchaser until EDC London has received payment in full.

DAMAGE OR FAULTY WORKMANSHIP
EDC London reserves the right to repair or replace damaged or faulty merchandise at their own direction. If an item is damaged in transit, EDC London must be notified by telephone or fax, immediately upon receipt of such goods. A written and formal confirmation must be received within 3 days otherwise EDC London will accept no claim.

RETURNS
No merchandise may be returned to EDC London without prior written consent. If returned by agreement, all freight costs must be pre-paid.

SCHEDULED DESPATCH AND DELIVERY
If the delivery dates are subsequently varied by the customer, EDC London reserve the right to issue their invoice for payment in accordance with the original agreed dates and payment terms. Storage charges for completed goods may subsequently become due.

CHANGES AND VARIATIONS
EDC London product designs are constantly changing, evolving and improving. The right to change or discontinue at any time without prior notice remains the right of EDC London.

APPLICATIONS
EDC London Terms and Conditions apply unless a special written agreement exists at the time of order placement.
